Important:
An unboxing video with a visible date/time stamp is mandatory for claim verification.
Replacements will be initiated only after thorough inspection of the submitted video and photos.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including all boxes and inserts.
Replacement is applicable in the following cases:
You received the wrong item (must be shown in the unboxing video).
The product is damaged or defective (must be clearly visible in the unboxing video).
Replacements will NOT be accepted for:
Items damaged after delivery.
Products returned without original packaging.
Items not in original condition.
Requests made after the 1-day window.
