Refund Policy

At CBD India Online, we value transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 24-hour cancellation and refund window from the time of placing your order. After this period, your order will be processed for dispatch and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Orders are shipped at 01:00 PM IST on the next working day after your order is placed.

2. Cancellation Charges

If you request a refund within the 24-hour window, the following deductions will apply:

  • Payment gateway charges (as charged by PayU or your selected payment method)
  • A 5% service fee, covering the administrative and customer support costs incurred

The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

3. Full Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Different from what you ordered

You are entitled to a 100% refund, with no deductions. Kindly report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery along with photo/video evidence via email at info@cbdindiaonline.com or via WhatsApp.

4. Refund Timeline

All approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method through PayU. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.
