Cancellation Policy

At CBD India Online, we understand that sometimes plans change. We’ve designed a simple and transparent cancellation policy to help you manage your order efficiently.

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order before 11:00 AM IST on the next working day after placing it. Orders are dispatched daily at 1:00 PM IST (working days only). Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Cancellation Fee (First-Time Customers)

For first-time customers, a 15% cancellation charge will apply. This fee covers:

Payment gateway charges
Processing time of our sales and support team

This deduction is applicable even if the cancellation is made within the eligible time window.

3. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@cbdindiaonline.com or connect with us on WhatsApp before the 1:00 PM deadline. Please include your order number in your message.

4. Refund Processing

If your cancellation is approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider
